Hi! My name is PJ Lombara and I am currently a senior at Muhlenberg College. I am originally from Boxford, Massachusetts and I am graduating with a major in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and management. I am highly interested in creative marketing and graphic design, and am willing to work in an introductory marketing position as well.
I am very involved on campus. As a student-athlete, I have been a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team for the past four years. In my senior year my teammates have given me the honor and privilege to be selected as team captain. In addition to this important leadership position, I am also a member of the Muhlenberg Athletic Leadership Team (M.A.L.T) where I actively work with other student-athletes to work to educate peers on social issues, provide fellow student athletes with tools to cope and make a difference in their community, and advertise and encourage the attendance of sporting events and the coming together of the student body. I am a member of the Campus Delegate Program, where you serve as a host for day visits or overnight visits to potential future Muhlenberg students to provide them more insight into what student life is like from an active student’s perspective.
Over the past four years at Muhlenberg, I have developed many great, long-lasting relationships with fellow friends and faculty. I thoroughly enjoy utilizing my gifts and talents for the service and betterment of other people, especially with my teammates and fellow students. My friends and family would describe me as driven, focused, passionate, friendly, and creative. I believe people close to me have utilized these characteristics to describe me as a result of my intense work ethic, my relentless pursuit to be the best version of myself, my intense passion tied to areas of deep personal interest, and my willingness to help others.
I plan to utilize my accomplishments during my time at Muhlenberg to become a valued member of the workforce upon graduating in May of 2021. My goal is utilize passion and love for fitness, sports, and graphic design to explore marketing-specific career options within marketing agencies or the fitness industry. I aim to work for an accredited company who stands behind their company culture, principles, and most importantly their employees. I am more than prepared to become a valued member of the workforce through my various internship experiences with New Balance, Colby Davis of Boston, and 3G System Fitness.
